How we use your information
Running the queue: your name and mobile number are shown to the business you join a queue with, so staff can call you when it's your turn.
Notifications: we use your device's push token to tell you when you've joined a queue, when your turn is approaching, and when it's your turn or the queue has closed. We never send SMS or text messages.
Account access: your email and password let you sign in and keep your queue history tied to your account.
Service operation: aggregated, non-identifying statistics (like average wait times) help businesses and administrators run and monitor the platform.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads. We do not use SMS or third-party messaging providers — all notifications go through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Who can see your information
The business you queue with sees your name, mobile number, and your position in their queue — never your other queue history with other businesses.
QueueLess administrators can view platform-wide account and queue data to operate, secure, and support the service. They cannot see your password.
Service providers we rely on to run QueueLess — specifically Google Firebase, for authentication, data storage, and push notifications — process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Data retention
We keep your account and queue history for as long as your account is active. Completed and cancelled queue entries are retained to power business statistics and are not tied to marketing use. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Your rights below).
Your rights
Access and correction: update your name and mobile number any time from your profile in the app.
Deletion: request that your account and personal data be deleted by contacting us at the address below. We will action this within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records by law.
Notification control: disable push notifications at any time from your device's system settings.
Children's privacy
QueueLess is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the app.
